Air cargo from Accra to UK airports takes 2–3 days. Sea freight from Tema or Takoradi to UK ports (Portsmouth, Felixstowe, Southampton) takes 12–15 days. Transit times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and the final delivery address.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your booking is confirmed you receive a unique tracking number. Enter it on our Tracking page to see real-time status updates at every milestone — from collection in Ghana to delivery at your UK door, or vice versa. We also send email and SMS notifications for key events.

Do you handle customs clearance?
