Ukanah Prime membership is our monthly subscription plan that gives you FREE unlimited pickup and delivery fees on every shipment between Ghana and the UK. For just £29.99/month, you save on every single shipment — the more you ship, the more you save.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium membership at any time directly from your account dashboard. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
Which countries are covered by free pickups and deliveries?
Premium covers free door pickups and door deliveries within Ghana and the United Kingdom — in both directions. This means we collect from your address in Ghana for UK-bound shipments, and deliver to your UK address for Ghana-bound shipments, and vice versa.
How do volume discounts work?
As a Premium member you automatically receive 10–25% off your base shipping rates when you consolidate multiple items in the same shipment period. Discounts are applied at checkout based on total shipment volume. Contact us for a personalised quote on high-volume requirements.
